Kitchen

The girls walked in the kitchen expecting to see just Mrs. Corinthos and Mrs. Cerillo but were greeted by Mrs. Fleming, Mrs. Johnson(Carly's mom), Mrs. Benson(Chey's Mom) and Mrs. Taggert also. The girls stood in the doorway surprised and speechless.

"Surprise" the moms all said in unison.

"You can say that again" Lois said

After a few minutes the girls found thier voices and greeted everyone with hugs and kisses.

Living Room

As the guys approached the living room they were suprised to hear voices. When they walked in they were greeted by Mr. Cerillo, Mr. Fleming, Mr. Johnson(Chey's dad), and Mr. Benson(Carly's dad).

"Well, well, well if it isn't the college graduates" Mr. Fleming said proud of th group

Sonny and Marcus began to panic, if Mr. Johnson and Mr. Benson were in here that meant Mrs. Johnson and Mrs. Benson were in the kitchen. They both wondered how Chey was gonna handle it, she hadn't seen her parents in 3 1/2 yrs.

Sonny whispered "Are you thinking what I'm thinking?

"One of us need to go in the kitchen??" Marcus asked

"have fun" Sonny said and began to walk off

"Wait a minute" Marcus started pulling him back "why not you??"

"You're her boyfriend" Sonny pointed out

"yeah but you're her best friend, you know her better than me" marcus rebutted.

"You're taller" Sonny said and walked off to join the rest of the guys.

"Taller, that makes a whole lot of sense" Marcus mumbled as he walked off to the kitchen. Sonny sat in the living room shook his head and chuckled "works everytime" he thought to himself.

Meanwhile back in the kitchen

Chey avoided her mother and stepmother like the plague after having asked them once to leave her alone. She went and hugged all the other mothers and started telling them about the ceremony.

Her mom and stepmother walked over to where she was standing and tried to get her attention.

"What do you think we should do??" Lois asked Carly

"I dunno! part of me says she needs to deal, its been 3 1/2 yrs the other part says go get Sonny" Carly answered.

"why Sonny??" Lois asked

"He's her best friend" pain flashed in Carly's eyes.

"Marcus is her boyfriend" Lois pointed out feeling bad for Carly.

Both were stopped from saying anything else when they hear Cheyanna yell "I ASKED YOU BOTH TO LEAVE ME ALONE!!!"

"Come on Cheyanna don't shut us out, you can't run forever!!" Mrs Johnson said.

"Watch me, you BOTH mean NOTHING to me, you're just a pair of common whores" Chey said trying to contain her anger.

"Don't talk to me like that little girl, I'm STILL your mother" Mrs Benson said

"I'm only going to say this once more you are nothing to me. Mothers don't lie. I don't see how Carly*pointing to her* can forgive you. Trust me when I say it'll be a cold day in HELL before I do" Cheyanna hissed at her mother and stepmother before turning to the Mrs. Corinthos and aplogizing for her behavior and walking out the door. The other mothers sat thier shocked, they had never seen that side of Chey before. She was always so sweet and respectful before.

"Cheyanna....."Mrs Taggert called out after her, but it was too late, Cheyanna was already out the door and onto the streets of Bensonhurst

Marcus came into the kitchen to see everyone with thier mouths open, Mrs. Benson & Mrs. Johnson crying and his mom looking towards the door.

"Where is Ritza??" he asked

"She left, baby" his mom answered.

"I'm gonna go find her" he said

"No, please let me" Carly asked

Everyone looked at her in shock, it was no secret the two weren't close.

"Are you sure, mija??" Mrs. Corinthos asked

"yes ma'm" she lied. As she walked out the same door Chey had minutes earlier she realized she had no idea where to go. Carly stood on the sidewalk trying to decide what she was gonna do, part of her said go back inside and admit defeat, the other refused. It was at tha moment that she remembered something Mrs Corinthos had once told her "There are times to think with your head and times to think with your heart, when you think with your heart you'll be sure to never go wrong"

So that's what Carly did, she stopped trying to think with her head and let her heart lead her.

Meanwhile back inside the house

"What did you do to her?" Marcus asked looking accusingly at Mrs. Benson and Mrs. Johnson

"Son, watch your tone" his mom warned

"I'm sorry mom, but i won't just stand here and be calm while my girlfriend and best friend are roaming the streets of Bensonhurst at night alone" he said trying to contain the hatred he felt towards Chey and Carly's moms.

"Whos outside alone?" Johnny asked as he walked into the kitchen followed by all the other guy's.

"Chey ran out and Carly followed" Lois explained going to stand next to her fiance'.

"how could you let this happen" Sonny asked looking at Mrs. J and Mrs. B "Did you think she'd welcome you?? I've heard her several times ask you two to stay of her life, but you just couldn't do that could you?? You just had to continue putting your needs before hers, you both make me sick" he told them "i'm sorry mama" he told his mom before she could say anything.

Sonny then turned to Marcus "I'm gonna go look for them you coming??"

"Yea" he said "so much for a graduation celebration"

With that said the two turned around and left leaving 12 very confused people behind.
